Demel Bolden is the Founder of Drvn LLC, content marketing specialist, creative director, artist, educator, and public speaker. Demel was born and raised in Lynchburg, Virginia and now resides in Indianapolis, Indiana.

At the age of two, Demel was in a tragic and nearly fatal car accident where him and his mother slipped and fell down a 30-foot cliff on their way to church on an icy winter morning. Prayerfully, both Demel and his mother survived the crash. Due to glass shattering on impact, Demel was left with a scar on the right side of his face which can still be seen today. First responders to the incident said that if Demel weren’t seated where he was, he would not be here today.

From that moment on, Demel knew that God kept him alive for a reason. Demel’s mission and burning desire has been to make his biggest dreams a reality all while showing others that they too, can do the same.

While pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Occupational & Technical Studies with a minor in Marketing at Old Dominion University, Demel set a New Year’s resolution heading into 2019 to explore his creativity. On March 11th of that year, Demel’s grandmother gifted him a camera.

In just seven months, Demel’s ambitious goals led to his work being seen by millions internationally after multiple viral moments on social media.

Since then, his pursuit to maximize his creative output hasn’t slowed down. He’s now accelerated into the realms of production, videography, and social media management providing his services for public figures, corporate companies, universities, sports teams, and individuals from across the globe.

Demel also curates merchandise alongside his team for supporters to embody and represent The Drvn Way in their own unique way.

In addition to his providing his technical creative abilities, Demel is immensely passionate about helping others uncover and pursue their own definition of success through verbal storytelling. Demel utilizes the skills gained from his Training Specialist concentration of study while at Old Dominion University to effectively facilitate his knowledge and perspectives on mental health and personal development on social media through @thedrvnway, and by speaking directly to individuals from all walks of life. Through these mediums, Demel also provides personal insight and actionable steps on self discovery, overcoming adversity, career development, and more through 1-on-1 mentorship.
